Stefan Parker
Stefan Parker is a senior education leader with over 15 years’ experience transforming admissions, recruitment and product strategy. Before launching AskEd, he served as Director of Product & Customer Experience at the Institute of Customer Service, where he led national membership products, built new digital services and delivered record engagement and income.
Stefan previously spent over 15 years in HE leadership roles in the creative provider sector, driving major revenue growth across student recruitment, admissions and partnerships. His work has consistently focused on using technology, data, and product design to improve how institutions attract, convert, and support students.
John Crick
John has held senior positions across the international education sector for over two decades with digital marketing, recruitment and operational roles in the UK, Australia and Japan.
He was a key member of the senior management team at Edtech startup / scaleup Enroly, recently acquired by ECCTIS, and was instrumental in developing and testing the product, building the services team and securing OISC compliance.
Over the past two years, John has also championed Environmental Sustainability in the sector with AISEP level certification and his own consultancy operating with IESG.
